Itinerary
will begin with a pick up from Jomo Kenyatta International Airport by our Professional driver guide from Paradise Adventure Vacations who will meet and greet you, he will then brief you about your Safari and thereafter embark on about 5 hours’ drive to Kenya’s Amboseli National Park located in the South western region of Kenya. Upon reaching, you will check into your accommodation for a delightful lunch and have rest.
Later you will go on a relaxed evening game drive through the short savannah grasslands as you enjoy the iconic and most beautiful backdrop of the snowcapped Mount Kilimanjaro which stands high up in the clouds at (5,895m) above sea level making it Africa highest free standing Mountain. You will spot mammals like elephants, Wildebeest, Leopards, Zebra, Hippos, and Giraffes, hyenas, cheetahs, wild dogs, hartebeests, dik-dik, kudus and jackals among others. Later you will return to your lodge for a freshly prepared dinner as well as an overnight.
After delighting on your delicious breakfast, you will start day 2 of your 8 Days Kenya Safari to Amboseli – Naivasha – Lake Nakuru & Maasai Mara Holiday with an early morning game drive. You will drive through the dry savannah plains in search for wildlife species like elephants, Wildebeest, Leopards, Zebra, Hippo, Giraffe, warthogs, hyenas, cheetahs, wild dogs, hartebeests, dik-dik, kudus, jackals, bat-eared foxes, fringe-eared Oryx, long-necked gerenuks among other mammals while enjoying the stunning views of Africa’s highest snow-capped Mount Kilimanjaro in the backdrop in case the weather plays along.
You will then return to your lodge for a hearty lunch and relaxation. Later in the evening, you will embark on a night game drive which will start at sunset while giving you a perfect glimpse of the Sunset at Amboseli National Park. You will go on the drive with an armed park ranger and spotlight torches to help you spot nocturnals while hunting and feeding on their prey, like Lions, bat-eared foxes, serval, hyenas, cheetahs, Leopards and also Hippos while feeding on short grass. You will then return back to your lodge for a relaxed dinner as well as an overnight.
Your day 3 of the Safari will start with a lovely breakfast and thereafter transfer to Lake Naivasha National Park which is about 6 hours’ drive from Amboseli National Park. Upon arrival, you will check into your lodge for a hearty lunch and then later embark on a rejuvenating boat ride on this Great Rift Valley fresh water lake amidst various hippos to the crescent island. You will have various wildlife to view while at Crescent Island including zebras, giraffes, elands, wildebeest, impalas, water bucks among others. Later you will return back to your accommodation for your dinner and overnight.
Day 4 of your 8 Days Kenya Safari to Amboseli – Naivasha – Lake Nakuru & Maasai Mara Holiday will start with an early morning delicious breakfast and thereafter embark on a 1 hour drive to Lake Nakuru National Park located in the Northwestern region of Kenya. Upon reaching, you will check into your accommodation for a hearty lunch and have relaxation. Later in the afternoon, you will have a game drive around Lake Nakuru to watch the eye-catching flocks of the Greater and the lesser flamingos which color the shores of Lake Nakuru pink, you will take various memorable pictures and then later proceed to the Rhino sanctuary which is a home to about 100 white rhinos and 50 black rhinos. Return back to your lodge for dinner and an overnight.
Your day 5 of your 8 Days Kenya Safari to Amboseli – Naivasha – Lake Nakuru & Maasai Mara Holiday will begin with a hot delicious breakfast and thereafter check out of your lodge and transfer to Maasai Mara National Reserve which is about 4 hours’ drive from Lake Nakuru. Upon arrival, you will check into your accommodation for a hearty lunch and have relaxation. Later you will go on a relaxed scenic drive until sunset in the rosy grassy hills in search for African wildlife like Elephants, Lions, Buffaloes, giraffes, duikers, impalas, hartebeests, roan antelopes, topi, wildebeest, and Thomson’s gazelles and if lucky you might as well spot leopards. Later you will return for your dinner and an overnight.
After your delicious breakfast, you will embark on an encounter with Maasai Mara’s Wildebeests at Mara River. While here, you will enjoy watching millions of Wildebeests and Zebras migrating from Serengeti National Park to Maasai Mara while crossing the Mara River amidst the big Nile Crocodiles waiting to grab food, here you will witness survival for the fittest as lions are on the other hand waiting at the river banks for the same. This experience is an unforgettable one since you will watch these creatures searching for greener pastures. You will enjoy a packed lunch in the reserve while maximizing your time with the migrating Herds.
You will continue with your exploration of Maasai Mara National reserve with a game drive and search for more wildlife like giraffes, duikers, impala, hartebeests, roan antelopes, Topis, Thomson’s gazelles, rhinos, buffaloes, elephants among others. Later in the evening, you will enjoy the sunset as you drive back to your accommodation for your dinner and overnight while searching for leopards and cheetahs.
Upon waking up on your day 7 of the 8 Days Kenya Safari to Amboseli – Naivasha – Lake Nakuru & Maasai Mara Holiday, you will embark on an early morning game drive which will give you a great opportunity to spot predators like lions, leopards, spotted hyenas and other mammals like hippos, buffaloes, wildebeests, elephants and many more. Return back to your accommodation for a hearty breakfast and spend your entire afternoon relaxing at your lodge. Later, you will go for a 2 hour Nature walk with a local Maasai guide who will share his experience and expertise with you. He will teach you about the hidden secrets of the African savannah and how the Maasai people track wildlife and birds and also how they find medicine in the bush. You will later return to your lodge for a relaxed dinner and an overnight.
On your final day of your Safari, you will have a relaxed breakfast, check out of your lodge and thereafter head out to the Maasai Community living near the park for a rich encounter which will give you the definition of a true African Culture. Thereafter you will proceed with your journey back to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for your departure flight back home or opt to spend another night in Nairobi City.
